On Sat and Sun from 10am to 3pm we also offer brunch à la carte where you can try our great brunch burrito, Beyond Meat burger or farmers eggs made your own way with anything you like. During our brunch we also offer a few items from our regular menu like pad thai or curries. We also offer great wines, draft beer, homemade lemonades, fresh squeezed juice, and selected coffee.

The menu changes seasonally while the bar menu retains customer favorites. We cook everything from fresh ingredients and from hand to order. Nothing is pre-cooked. Our food is full of taste and will satisfy everyone, we can guarantee it! As it says in our menu, if you don’t like your meal, you don’t pay for it.

The atmosphere is a lively bistro. You’ll hear nice music, lots of laughter, people having a great time, and taste food made by people who are passionate about how to cook great vegetarian or vegan food. The kitchen is influenced by global street food and presents dishes in an accessible and affordable way.

The owner Martin lived 16 years in the US (New York and California) where he has got his inspirations. He also got inspiration from his travels throughout Asia, mainly from India and Thailand. He is also a vegetarian for over 18 years. The reconstruction of the Satsang took him a long 5 months, brick by brick with his own hands and with help of a few great friends and was finished in September 2017.
